Materials Needed

- Crochet hook size 4.0 mm

- 4 Medium or 3 light weight yarn

- Tapestry needle

- Scissors

Abbreviations:

ch - Chain

dc - double crochet

dc2tog - double crochet 2 together

sl st - slip stitch

Notes:

-This pattern is (US Terms)

-The chain at the beginning of each row does count as a stitch.

-To avoid the gap at the beginning of the row I use Alternate Turning Stitch instead of Ch3.

Crochet Beret Pattern

Round 1: Make a Magic Ring, ch 3 (counts as first dc), then crochet 13 dc into the ring. Join with a sl st to the top of the first dc. (14 dc total)

Round 2: Ch 3 (counts as first dc), (1 dc in the first stitch, 2 dc in the next stitch) repeat around. Join with a sl st. (21 dc total)

Round 3: Ch 3 (counts as first dc), (2 dc in the first stitch, 3 dc in the next stitch) repeat around. Join with a sl st. (52 dc total)

Round 4: Ch 3 (counts as first dc), 1 dc in each stitch around. Join with a sl st.(52 dc total)

Round 5: Ch 3 (counts as first dc), 1 dc in each stitch around. Join with a sl st.(52 dc total)

Round 6: Ch 3 (counts as first dc), (1 dc in the first stitch, dc2tog in the next stitch) repeat around. Join with a sl st. (35 dc total)

Rounds 7: Ch 1, 1 sc in each stitch around. Join with a sl st. (35 sc total)

Round 8: Work sl st in each stitch around.

Fasten off and weave in ends.

Crochet  Stem for Beret

Make a longtail foundation chain  (I-cord) (4 stitches)

Secure the base of the stem by sewing it onto the beret

and weave in ends.

Your crochet beret is now complete! 🎉

Crochet Tiny Shoulder Bag Pattern

Bag Body:

Ch 15, then turn

Row 1: Ch 1 (does not count as a stitch), sc in each stitch across (15 sc). Turn.

Rows 2-10: Repeat Row 1 (15 sc per row).

Fasten off

Assembling the Bag:

Fold the rectangle in half (short sides touching).

Whip stitch along the left side and right side to join, Weave in ends.

Strap (Crochet Cord - Long Tail Foundation Method)

Make slip knot and leave the tail about 30 inches long

Attach the slip knot to the side of the bag

and sl st.

Make a long tail foundation chain  50 chains (10.5 inches long)

Sew end of the cord securely to the corners of the bag.

Your tiny crochet shoulder bag is now complete! 🎉
